EU: Two guidance documents updated

The MDCG has updated two of its guidance documents: Version 3 of MDCG 2018-1 on the basic UDI ID is now available; version 2 of MDCG 2019-8 on implant cards is now available.

The content of the new versions have not been changed significantly. MDCG 2018-1 contains additions to changes to specific data elements. In MDCG 2019-8, footnotes regarding the symbols used and the translation in the examples were amended.
