EU: New MDCG guidance documents

The EU has published a number of new MDCG guidance documents.

MDCG 2021-10 describes the link between the EU UDI, as per the MDR and IMDRF documents, and the UDI.
MDCG 2021-11 details the requirements and specification of the "medical device type" on implant cards, which were introduced as part of previous guidance (MDCG 2019-8) using a list of designations to be used.
MDCG 2021-12 is an FAQs document relating to new EU nomenclature for medical devices, EMDN.
